Returns Policy

Change of heart

Due to the personal nature of many of our products and hygiene concerns, we are not able to accept returns for change of heart on adult toys, lubricants, underwear, enema products, supplements and contraceptives.

 

In select cases (depending upon the nature of the product) we can facilitate returns only if the following conditions are met; the return is requested in writing within two weeks of purchase, proof of purchase must be provided, the packaging is to be unopened and undamaged, the buyer is responsible for the return postage and all associated costs.

 

DO NOT post your items until you have received confirmation that the product is eligible for return. Always contact us via email, in-store or by phone to discuss the issue before mailing your items.

Refunds and/or exchanges will not be processed until a staff member has physically verified the product has met the above requirements, and as such, shipping times may impact how soon your request can be processed. We strongly recommend using postal methods that provide tracking details, as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost or destroyed during transit.

Defective and Faulty items

In the unfortunate event that your product is defective or faulty, we urge you to contact us regarding the issue asap, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner, however we will likely require:

  • photographs or a short video to demonstrate the fault

  • proof of purchase

(if you are able to bring the item in-store, we will be able to process the return then and there. Otherwise, please allow 1-3 business days for us to resolve the matter)

Please be aware that warranty periods vary greatly depending on the item in question and while we always do our best to make sure our customers are satisfied, we are unable to process returns once the warranty period has passed.

 

In the event that the product requires returning to a manufacturer/representative we will facilitate that process, but we do require that the product is returned with all of its accessories, charging cables etc.
